This program is a 5-day hypertrophy program specializing in leg training. Three of the five days will be leg days with two upper body days. This specialty program will help you make great glute, quad and hamstring gains over the next 6-weeks, but be sure to reduce leg training volume in your next training block to avoid overtraining them and hitting an early plateau.
